What is this all about?

Well obviously this is about chicken, fried chicken. There are many forms of fried chicken. Our favorite is what we like to call naked fried chicken, chicken with very little breading and good crispy skin. Our favorite piece of chicken is the thigh, that's just us.

Guest Review - Shrimp Boat in Rock Hill

"The Shrimp Boat" in Rock Hill, SC has probably the best "southern fried" chicken I have ever tasted. The taste is phenomenal. Not too greasy and not too thick with breading. Just like MOM would make it. If anyone truly wants authentic southern fried chicken without the greasy after-taste, then I suggest you give "The Shrimp Boat" a try
